Serve as operational manager for Indiana University’s International Admissions unit within the Office of International Services. Provide administrative and strategic oversight for three key areas of responsibility.
Provide daily oversight of International Admissions Operations. This includes: 1) supervision of the Assistant Director of International Operations, providing application processing and international credential evaluation services for Indiana University-Bloomington as well as regional campuses within the Indiana University System; 2) supervision of the Data and Reporting Manager for International Admissions, providing strategic feedback and suggestions to OIS leadership regarding international admissions processes, policies, and practice; 3) supervision of the Assistant Director of International Documents and Process responsible for creation and issuance of admissions-related documents.
Serve as the primary liaison between International Admissions and supported constituents. These include international admissions staff at regional campuses, domestic admissions staff, and graduate admissions. Ensuring the integrity of and adherence to established international admissions policies and processes for all Indiana University campuses.
Participate in the development and management of recruitment and admission activities for the Office of International Services. This includes contributing to the strategic planning, goal setting, and implementation of department initiatives, and departmental, campus, and IU system task forces and committees as assigned.
