The Financial Services Campus Supervisor will provide technical and other assistance in the area of financial services to students attending National American University; assists with monitoring and mentoring all campus Financial Services with regard to all duties, responsibilities and expectations of the position as well as performs the campus FSR’s duties and responsibilities as required; provides guidance to all campus FSR’s to effectively organize financial services priorities to meet established organizational goals in accordance with the mission, core values, and purposes of the university.
Skills and Attributes
The Financial Services Campus Supervisor must possess the following skills and attributes: proficient in the use of computer applications software with emphasis on MS Office products, typing and ten-key skills; effective grammar and communication skills; ability to solve complex problems and/or situations; excellent attention to detail and exhibit systematic follow up skills; ability to comprehend and analyze detailed information; be capable of analyzing and of solving complex problems and have the ability to recognize subtle differences between similar situations; proven math and/or accounting skills; excellent customer service skills.
Required Work Hours
A minimum of forty hours per week, plus other hours as may be necessary to complete job duties. A combination of day, evening, and weekend hours is required.
Reporting and Supervisory Responsibilities
- The Financial Services Campus Supervisor reports to the Campus Director.
- This position supervises Financial Services Representatives I and II, and Senior Financial Services Representative.
The Financial Services Campus Supervisor must be able to speak, hear, read, see, write, type, dial, reach, and bend.
Periodic travel, including airline travel and overnight stays, may be required.
