Master’s degree required. Innovative Educator. Experience working strategically in International Affairs/Global Education and international enrollment. Demonstrated knowledge of SEVIS and federal rules & regulations governing F and J Visas. Demonstrated advanced skills in oral and written communication, including public speaking, and skills to identify issues and communicate them to the correct audience, using appropriate methods. Demonstrated familiarity with regulatory and risk management issues as they relate to international experiences. Demonstrated ability to effectively establish professional relationships with representatives of premier domestic and international industrial and government organizations. Demonstrated skills in partnering with key stakeholders. Demonstrated global mindset and cross-cultural communication skills. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team; and demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement, initiative, and flexibility. Demonstrated leadership ability, including a demonstrated ability to work effectively and collegially with University administrators, faculty, staff and students.
Doctoral degree preferred. Experience with building international or intercultural programs or international experiences in higher education preferred.
