The San Francisco Film School, the most innovative film school in the Bay Area, is looking to add high-energy, talented sales/admission representatives to our dynamic team of professionals.Top-notch customer service skills (especially over the phone and by text), passion for changing people’s lives, a strong work ethic, a sense of humor, and the ability “to close”, are all requirements for the job. Experience working with veterans and foreign students is a BIG plus.Our current staff is diverse and dynamic. We work best with self-motivated, good-natured, and creative people.Local applicants are highly preferred.
Compensation:
$55,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities:Be the first point of contact and salesperson/recruiter for all filmmaking programs. This will include the following:Communicate with potentials students via email, phone, and textSuccessfully manage a database of leadsSchedule and give school tours - both remotely and in-personAbility to convert 1/10 leads successfully. Impressive closing rate.Familiarity with international student processing-SEVIS and other government agencies.Work with Veterans and their special requirementsWork closely with the Director of Admissions in coordinating recruitment effortsQualifications:Top-notch customer service skills (especially over the phone)Passion for helping people follow their dreams of working in the entertainment industryTop performance working remotely or on CampusExcellent writing skillsDesire to improve your sales techniques and meet team sales goalsComfortable using online CRM software (familiarity with Hubspot a plus)A strong work ethic and sense of humorAbout Company
