Rutgers University School of Social Work is currently seeking a non-tenure, teaching and/or professional practice, track (NTT) faculty member to serve as an assistant director of student affairs on the Camden, NJ campus. The Assistant Director of Student Affairs serves as the academic advisor for MSW students, coordinates student programming on the Camden campus, supports student well-being and success helps advance the School's commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and anti-racism, and liaises between RUSSW and various Camden campus student resources and offices. The faculty member also serves as the Camden campus coordinator serving as lead RUSSW representative on that campus for MSW and BA in social work programs with responsibilities including, but not limited to: developing and maintaining strong community partnerships, supervision of RUSSW Camden staff, oversight of physical infrastructure, and other related duties.

Successful candidates will normally teach two courses per year, contribute to curriculum development, and participate in school and university service. All NTT faculty members are expected to engage in scholarly/professional dissemination and service activities in accordance with their rank, and other duties as assigned. This position is a calendar year, Camden based position subject to contractual renewals. Salary and rank of appointment is commensurate with experience.
