Spathe is currently searching for an International Special Operations Senior Subject Matter Expert to join our team in the Tampa, FL area.

Spathe Systems is a rapidly growing SOF led, 8(a) defense contractor headquartered in Tampa, FL with offices in Fayetteville, NC and strategic partner locations in Virginia Beach and Coronado. • Develop lessons, lead seminars, and instruct in university courses taught in the CONUS and MET events conducted OCONUS.
• Lecture on the full range of special operations topics related to planning in SOF operations, programs, and activities.
• Conduct curriculum design, development, presentation, and evaluation of educational materials.
• Maintain a network of SMEs that support and contribute to the success of the university.
• Support the interests of the university externally with senior leadership of relevant national security programs.

• Minimum 15 years’ tactical or operational experience in partner nation’s SOF.
• 5 years’ experience utilizing the Joint Operations Planning Procedures.
• 5 years’ experience with Special Operations Forces military operations/organizations, utilizing Special Operations Forces across the spectrum of conflict.
• 5 years’ experience evaluating student lead presentations of Mission Analysis and Course of Action development, providing detailed feedback and outlining corrective actions to both US and International students.

Education:

• BS/BA in any field OR 5 years of varied Special Operations experience at the operational level required. *All degrees used to qualify a candidate for a PTE position shall be from a regionally accredited U.S. college/university or internationally recognized college/university.
