Skidmore College, a selective liberal arts college of approximately 2500 undergraduate students located in historic Saratoga Springs, NY, invites applications for the position of Associate Director of Admissions.
*Education:*
We seek a person with at least a Bachelor’s degree who demonstrates integrity, energy, thoughtfulness, enthusiasm, and a strong identification with the values of a liberal arts college.
*Requirements: *
This person will participate in all aspects of a comprehensive undergraduate admissions program, including traveling, interviewing, candidate selection, and special projects. The person in this position will work closely with other staff members as the leader of the admissions diversity initiatives team. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently, yet seek and appreciate the benefits derived from working collaboratively with colleagues across campus. Candidates who reflect in their background working experience with diverse populations are encouraged to apply.
