The Director of Academic Advising & Student Services manages all aspects of the Questrom School of Business Undergraduate Academic and Career Development Center (UDC) related to academic advising. They serve as an authoritative source of information for, and as a liaison between, Questrom staff, faculty, students, other BU offices, and the public with regard to the Undergraduate Program Office academic policies and procedures, student advising concerns and initiatives, and retention efforts. They directly or indirectly supervise a professional staff of one Associate Director, six Assistant Directors, and one graduate assistant.

Required Skills
Masters Degree required, minimum of five to eight years of related work experience in a college/university setting, must have exceptional oral and written communication skills, be able to interact with a diverse constituency including faculty, staff, and students, must possess exemplary customer service skills, demonstrated ability to manage people and projects effectively, and the ability to exercise sound judgment.
