*About the Department:*The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and enrolling a large, highly-qualified, and diverse new student class each year. The offices processes approximately 40,000+ applications for first year, transfer, and international admissions.
*Essential Job Duties:*This position will report to the Director of International Admissions and Recruitment and serve as the point person for the unit on recruitment coordination, workflow tracking, process improvements, and key parts of the international application process.

*Duties include:*

* Coordinate recruitment activities and respond to invitations on behalf of the unit.
* Supervise temporary staff who work with the international unit.
* Manage and track workflow for the unit as it relates to processing, reading, and decision release.
* Troubleshoot issues and collaborate on improvements for the international workflows in the CRM System (Slate).
* Serve as a liaison with domestic recruitment team to ensure efforts align with overall recruitment strategy.
* Collaborate and provide input to the Director of International Admissions and Recruitment as it relates to staff involvement, admissions, and processing workflows.
* Review applications, make admission decisions, and assist with international processing.
* Serve as the DSO (Designated School Official) and ARO (Alternate Responsible Officer) for the unit.
* A DSO is responsible for updating and maintaining the SEVIS records of nonimmigrant students who hold F visas.
* An ARO is responsible for updating and maintaining the SEVIS records of nonimmigrant students who hold J visas.

* Issue I-20, DS-2019, analyzing applicant materials, and communicate with applicants.
* Act as the point of contact for the unit in the Director’s absence.
*Other Responsibilities:*
* International recruitment travel on occasion.
* Attend conferences to stay up-to-date on regulations, compliance, and best practices regarding international recruitment and admissions.
*Minimum Experience/Education:*Bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

* Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with three years of experience
* Experience in a University work setting
* Experience with a CRM (customer relationship management system) is a plus.
* Experience working in Undergraduate Admissions setting with international students and admissions processes.
