Qualifications:
Our Must Haves:College Degree or 2-4 yrs. of relevant experience.Experience with full Microsoft Office Suite3+years experienceusingSalesforceorotherCRMMinimum 3-5 years experience working in a service-oriented environment or university setting.3+ years working ininside oroutsidephonesales and/or experience in higher education or similar industry admissions/enrollment positions.Does the shoe fit? Responsibilities:
What you will actually be doing:Provides thorough and complete understanding of program overviews with costs, benefits and career services.Determines eligibility,transferability of credit.Advises students about educational opportunities, admission, transfer of credit, financial assistance, and university policies and requirements.Maintains communication via telephone, correspondence, and/or electronic mail with prospective students through all stages of the recruitment and admission process.Utilizes computerized systems to communicate with students, process admissions, prepare reports, and/or analyze data.Provides feedback to prospective students and staff regarding updates, changes, enrollment and any other pertinent information as it arisesQualify new inquiries and applications for programs through meaningful conversations and guide prospects from new inquiry to admission.Subject matter expert forthedegree program including curriculum, structure, notable faculty, program value and industry knowledge or trends.Ability to research informationprocess admissions, prepare reports, and/or analyze data.Create, track and manage pipeline of candidates/students for current and upcoming cohorts.Makes outbound phone calls to RFIs daily and follows a cadence of touchpoints outlined by supervisor and UP.Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
