Admissions Advisor Student Services Full Time Days - 2205021999

Summary
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.
Accurately describes nursing and allied health programs and careers to inquirers and applicants of the schools of nursing and allied health.
Assesses applicant transcripts, applicable entrance test results, and ensures all admission criteria are met.
Creates appropriate ranking spreadsheets as necessary.
Implements admissions processes with minimal assistance.
Operates databases for SHP applicant records.
Reviews Website for needed revisions.
Adheres to all federal and state regulatory policies pertaining to the applicant admission process.
Participates in quality improvement projects.
Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
Other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Education
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Education or similar field from an accredited college or university.
Preferred: College preparation in fields relating to higher education.
Experience
Required: 1 year of experience with customer service.
Preferred: Experience with healthcare careers and management of academic records. Public speaking background or group presentations.
