The Harvard Kennedy School invites applications for a tenuredappointment in the field of International Affairs, at the rank offull Professor. We seek a scholar who will providewide-ranging intellectual leadership in this area and whose workoffers powerful and original ways to illuminate and explain keyaspects of contemporary world affairs, including relations amongthe major powers. Candidates should have an outstandingrecord of scholarly publications, the ability and desire toparticipate in public discussions on global politics and foreignpolicy, the capacity to teach effectively in a professional degreeprogram and to work in a diverse intellectual and socialenvironment. The position is open to any discipline,including but not limited to political science, history, or law. Adoctoral degree or equivalent is required.
