Job Description:

This exempt, full-time position will work closely with the Associate Vice President of Enrollment/Dean of Admissions and Executive Director of Admissions to develop, write and manage the day-to-day Admissions communication plan including digital (video, photos, email, and text) and print.

Job Duties:

* In collaboration, writes, designs and manages all electronic communications to prospective and incoming students and their families using the Slate CRM;
* Manage the comprehensive communication flow for incoming students including campaigns for prospects, inquiries, applicants, admits, and yield for freshmen, transfer and international students - via Slate;
* Liaison with marketing department, ensuring timely development and execution of all admissions marketing initiatives and materials;
* Manage Admissions web content and assure information is up to date;
* Manage and provide content for Admissions social media presence;
* Analyze data and metrics and identify meaningful insights and trends from marketing and communication campaigns and activities. Make strategic recommendations based on this analysis;
* Assist other departments on campus who communicate with incoming prospective students;
* Assist with recruitment of new students;
* Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field required;
* A minimum of three years related experience preferably in higher education - Exact title will be based upon level of experience;
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail;
* Experience working with diverse populations;
* Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to write for different constituents and different tactics, both for print and digital;
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
* Experience using CRM technology in a higher education setting preferred;
* Experience working with a web content management system (CMS);
* Ability to work nights and weekends when necessary.
* COVID-19 Vaccination and Booster Shot required.
