Description of Work
Interpret student-supplied data and determine appropriate application processes in a timely and efficient manner. Review and evaluate academic records to determine eligibility for Graduate Studies. Communicate with applicants about details of the application process. Transmit applications to departments for review and respond to department questions. Perform final check prior to processing admission. Assist with systems development, inform decision making, analysis and testing. Reference person and point of contact for application evaluator and front desk questions. Maintain resources used in the evaluation of academic records.

Minimum Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus one year experience in technology-driven office setting required; equivalent education/experience considered.
- Experience working with detailed documents.
- Excellent writing and data entry skills necessary.
- Experience with MS Word and Excel software necessary.
- Ability to successfully interact with people from diverse backgrounds and excellent customer service skills essential.
- Commitment to a high level of customer service required.
- Excellent data entry skills necessary.
- Must have knowledge of higher education and university student services.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with database and spreadsheet management experience preferred.
- Experience with online and print information searches helpful.
- Interest in higher education desirable.

Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required. Subject to DOT approved pre-employment & random testing for alcohol and controlled substances. No

Posted Salary $18.269/hr minimum
