Plan, manage and direct administrative activities related to student admission, enrollment, advisement and retention. Advise and counsel prospective and current students on program and course selection. Plan, implement and administer agreed-upon goals and objectives. Develop and recommend policies and procedures related to student services. Manage independent study process. Monitor progress of student veterans through their academic careers to degree completion. Work collaboratively with instructional faculty and academic support groups to facilitate services and enhance student success and retention. Develop and present reports and recommendations for a variety of programs and projects. Direct a centralized advisement unit to better serve both residential and online students, support the growth and meet the changes in academic programs across two campuses in ALT: Washington Square and Brooklyn Campuses.
