Lima | Campus

The Ohio State University at Lima seeks a qualified candidate to serve as an Admissions Counselor for the Lima campus. The Admissions Counselor manages a recruitment territory within the Lima campus recruiting region that includes approximately 8 Ohio counties and additional targeted populations. The individual will conduct high school visits; attend college fairs; host receptions; develop relationships with school counselors and community members; work with the Admissions Manager in building recruitment strategies; assist with Enrollment Services events; support Financial Aid outreach; and other duties as assigned. This Admissions Counselor will also collaborate with the Columbus recruiter to jointly visit a select number of high schools and recruitment events. The best candidate for this position has the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of student populations and provide creative input to admissions procedures.
