Minimum Qualifications:
Successful candidate must be a high school graduate or possess a GED/HSE Certification; Possess a working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software applications; Proficient in Google applications and Microsoft Office Suite; Have strong verbal and written communication skills; Be able to work independently and as part of a team; Prioritize multiple demands to meet deadlines; Have a professional attitude and the ability to maintain positive interpersonal relationships; Higher education and financial aid experience preferred; Successfully pass a BCI/FBI background check.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Assist prospective students by providing information regarding program availability, requirements, and other requested information; Assist in the completion of registration and financial aid processes; Maintain electronic and hard copy student records; Maintain AWD share drive; Serve as backup Bursar; Coordinate portfolio and graduation efforts; Fulfill transcript requests; Support recruitment/marketing efforts; Coordinate open house, career/job fairs and orientation events; Maintain proficiency through professional development; Other duties as assigned.

Placement on the Adult Workforce Development Office Class II Salary Schedule
