Position Summary
Supervise and manage graduate admissions on-line applications processing and CRM activities, (e.g. Peoplesoft/Slate), for the Office of Admissions & Enrollment Services at Silver School of Social Work, including the data entry of graduate applicants' demographic and program information; ensure adherence to established deadlines, policies, procedures, and the integrity of the data for reporting purposes. Advise prospective students on graduate school and University admission policies and procedures, and resolve application problems. Develop and analyze reports on admissions, prospective and admitted students academic, career, and demographic data to support senior staff strategic planning. Supervise student work studies.
Qualifications
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience:
2+ years related supervisory and customer service experience with a high-volume data processing operations or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Experience:
3+ years Related experience in an Admissions or Enrollment Services Office at a large college or university. Work with Technolutions Slate system, Peoplesoft Admissions functions and Career/Program Plan, knowledge of Zoom Webinar systems. Knowledge of international admissions and credentially processes.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent project management, organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to define report queries in a database environment. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL. Knowledge of standard office software. Experience working with a diverse and experienced audience.
