We want to incorporate a Student Services Advisor in our Miami headquarters to attend our students and help them throughout their stay at the university.
Requirements for the right candidate:
High level of English and Spanish (spoken and written). A level test will be carried out.
Graduate in Pedagogy, Psychology, Administration, Education, etc.
Student and people oriented: we look for someone who is attentive to the individual needs of our students.
With social and communication skills.
Organized person with the ability to work in a team.
Proactive person, with the ability to offer alternatives to our students and with advanced knowledge of the office package.
_Candidates do not need previous experience, but they do need positive attitude, motivation, and they need to be very keen to learn and develop with us._
Functions:
Tutoring Undergraduate and Graduate students in different modalities: online, face-to-face, in English and Spanish.
Mediating between the student and the university for any procedure.
Assisting, motivating and encouraging our students to successfully complete their studies.
Evaluating their needs and carrying out an exhaustive and individualized follow-up based on those needs.
Making personalized study plans that help them achieve their academic goals.
Providing the student with all the necessary resources to achieve their goals: study techniques, organization of time, motivation...
Informing the student about procedures such as accommodation or other issues in which they need our support.
Utilizing the virtual campus as main platform to work and communicate all the relevant information.

Employment stability
Continuous training and practice.
Monday to Friday Schedule from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
80% Scholarship in our whole educational offer.
