To advance global outreach,UNLis seeking an Assistant Director of International Admissions to ensure applicants have an efficient, welcoming, and informed experience. The Assistant Director of International Admissions is responsible for supporting the ongoing development and implementation of campus-wide strategies to attract and enroll international undergraduate students. The Assistant Director will collaborate with recruitment specialists and campus partners to optimize international student admissions processes, and organize prospective student programs, conferences, and recruitment events. These efforts will include collaboration with international student organizations and graduates to promoteUNLto potential applicants.
The Assistant Director will monitor recruitment data and ensure that the recruitment team is accurately communicating admission, financial aid, and university policies to the general public. Additionally, the Assistant Director will coordinate with the Marketing team to inform recruitment campaigns and maintain existing promotional publications, websites, and admissions guides.
This position is located on theUNLcampus, with limited capacity for remote work as determined by the Director. Extensive international travel is required and the position requires some evening and weekends during peak times. The Assistant Director of International Admissions will supervise professional staff and student staff.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus two year of marketing, sales, recruitment, or related field required. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills, public speaking experience, ability to work independently,. Ability to relate to people of all age groups, academic abilities and cultures .Experience with Microsoft Office software. Must have presentation skills and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete assigned projects on time.
Ability to work independently. Ability to learn new technologies. Ability to relate to people of all age groups, academic abilities, and cultures. Must have a valid driver's license and meet University driver eligibility requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive campus involvement as an undergraduate atUNL. Experience working as a student recruitment ambassador or tour guide in Admissions, Housing, Orientation leader, or an academic college. Experience with extensive travel. Experience supervising staff or students. Extensive involvement as an undergraduate atUNL. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office.
