Entry Level Student Service Associate ( Bilingual English/ Spanish)

Important position handling student relations, attendance, grades and concerns. . Helping keep students on track in finishing the course and answering questions from students. This job will expose you to a variety of aspects of a school.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and input information for attendance and grades daily.

• Responds emails to student questions daily

• Keep student files complete and organized

• Prepare required documentation for signature and for graduation,

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Previous office experience preferred.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail

• Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with students and the general public.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, G. Suite, general clerical office methods, procedures, and practices.

• Very good organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Bilingual English/ Spanish is a plus.
