Wilkes University invites applicants for a Senior Associate Director of Admissions position in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role on an energetic undergraduate admissions team. The main responsibilities of the Senior Associate Director will focus on the recruitment and enrollment of first-year students. This person will have an assigned geographical territory and will be responsible for leading all initiatives related to first-year recruitment and enrollment including the supervision and training of all first-year admissions staff. The successful candidate will work closely with prospective students and families throughout the admissions process via in-person and virtual visits along with meaningful e-mail, text and phone communications. With a data-driven approach, the Senior Associate Director will regularly collaborate with fellow colleagues, faculty members, and departments across campus to help support events, contribute to setting recruitment goals and building recruitment plans, and lead territory management initiatives. In addition to these important responsibilities the Senior Associate Director may also be assigned to other critical initiatives and special projects. A master's degree is preferred, but at the minimum, the candidate would be required to have a bachelor degree with appropriate years of experience in higher education admissions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years prior experience in higher education admissions, sales or marketing. Previous experience with Technolutions Slate CRM is preferred. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
