The Assistant Director of Admissions for Partnership Programs is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing indigenous recruitment and admissions strategies; developing and maintaining partnerships that support diverse student recruitment, including efforts in the Syracuse City School District (Syracuse Challenge and Say Yes), and serves as the Native American liaison.

Responsibilities include identifying, recruiting and enrolling qualified prospective students from diverse backgrounds; developing relationships with prospective students, parents and counseling community; recruitment travel; and evaluating credentials for admission. The Assistant Director will also play an integral role in planning and implementation of the strategic plan supporting recruitment and enrollment of indigenous students from the U.S. and Canada.
