Northern State University is seeking a dynamic individual for our Chief Enrollment and Retention Officer.

The Chief Enrollment and Retention Officer is responsible for the leadership, organization and execution of the overall strategic enrollment plan for the university. The position reports directly to the president and  will provide leadership and management of the enrollment team to drive data-informed enrollment goals.
