JEVS Human Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a talented Student Success Advisor to join the JEVS team at Orleans Technical College . Orleans Technical College is a nonprofit career school committed to helping individuals achieve their employment goals by providing training in a variety of in-demand fields including building trades and healthcare.

Day-to-DayImprove student retention, attendance, punctuality and associated work-study skills required for success in training, and leading to employment success.

Develop and conduct workshops and seminars to support students prior to enrolling, e.g., Success Training, Pre-Orientations, and Young Professionals.

Coordinate and resolve student problems in conjunction with classroom instructors; provide students with the guidance and encouragement necessary to support their academic and vocational goals.

Qualifications :

* Bachelor’s degree
* 2+ years’ experience in social service agencies
