Position Description
Advertised Job Summary
This position is regionally based and is responsible for effectively managing recruitment in a designated geographic territory by identifying, recruiting, counseling, admitting, and enrolling academically qualified students in accordance with the philosophy and goals of the University of South Carolina Beaufort. The territory for this position includes the primary market of the Atlanta Metro area. Additional markets may be added in support of recruitment needs. This is a remote position, and the selected candidate must live in the Atlanta area. Occasional travel to USCB to participate in on-campus recruitment events, and other duties as assigned. The mission of the Division of Enrollment Management is to serve our diverse community by enrolling, educating, and transforming students' lives. Serve. Enroll. Educate. Transform.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems (Slate experience highly preferred)
Knowledge of Student Information Systems (Banner preferred)
Bi-Lingual
Previous experience in college admissions or sales
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Excellent presentation and communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft office. Candidates must be able to travel in and out of state. Able to drive and have a valid driver's license in good standing. Understanding of sales and marketing principles. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of student information.
