Qualifications:

A Master's degree in higher education, education, communications, public affairs, marketing, or a related field is required.

The successful candidate should have experience with selective secondary or other forms of post-secondary admissions, recruiting, or enrollment management. Applicants must demonstrate proficiency in working with talented and aspirational students as well as their parents, the ability to leverage technology to guide their work, skill in cultivating relationships with audiences of importance to our students, team planning skills, and problem-solving skills.
