Job Details

The Program Coordinator supports the logistical, administrative and student support functions of the Marist Branch Campus in Florence, Italy. The PC assists with managing the operations of the branch campus office, classroom, and other facilities. Assists with program budget, bookkeeping; maintain all related documentation. Assists with Immigration processes. Supports the social media and other marketing initiatives of Marist Italy. Provides support to visiting faculty and other visitors to the branch campus as needed. Provides support to Marist Italy Student Government. Participates in emergency phone and on-call rotation. This is a full-time 12-month, live-in position based in Florence, with occasional travel as needed to the Marist home campus in Poughkeepsie. Responsibilities include:

  • Assists with managing the operations of the Marist Italy office, classroom, and other facilities
  • Assists with program budget, bookkeeping; maintain all related documentation
  • Provides support to visiting faculty and other visitors to the branch campus as needed
  • Support the social media, newsletters and other marketing initiatives of Marist Italy
  • Provides support with Immigration processes.
  • Provides logistical support to Marist Italy Student Government
  • Assists with student programming
  • Participates in emergency phone and on-call rotation
  • Other duties as assigned supporting the Florence Branch Campus
