Talent Pools Staffing is currently interviewing for an Admissions Manager role with a client in the education sector. This is a completely remote role and offers an opportunity to be a part of an outstanding team while continuing to develop your leadership skills.

The Admissions Manager is responsible for managing and developing a team of 8-10 Admissions Representatives, ensuing they are providing prospective students with accurate information about programs in a professional and ethical manner and in keeping with the organizations mission statement and values, Admissions strategy, and policies. Admissions Managers are also expected to collaborate cross-functionally and sustain the gathering of data to accurately forecast school enrollment levels.

Although the position is remote, ideally looking for candidates living in Florida, Ohio, Michigan, Arizona, New Mexico or Georgia.

Competitive Candidates will have:

*3+ years of admissions or similar leadership experience working with customers in consultative sales, ideally a contact center environment

*Familiar with managing teams to various success metrics

*Lead a team of 5-10

*Associates Degree

*Natural ability to coach, inspire, and lead others to nurture a culture of student service and team member development

*Above average oral and written communication skills

Compensation - $70K
