A TYPICAL DAY
- Serves as a brand ambassador through High School recruitment events such as lunch visits, career visits, and counselor meetings
- Conducts virtual and in-person school tours, education planning, information sessions, and admissions interviews for prospective students and their support teams
- Follows compliance and uses creativity in follow-up with prospective students by phone, text, and email
- Completes discovery time in our company's learning management platform to support personal and professional growth
- Shows up prepared, professional, enthusiastic, and achievement-oriented each and every day
- Participate and lead in school and community events such as FUNraising events, recruitment events, and community outreach events
Skills/Competencies Required:
- Excellent communication skills in-person and virtually
- Maintain database in an organized, error-free manner
- Proficiency on a PC computer, Internet, and email applications(CRM experience a plus)
- Skills in marketing, supervision, teamwork, documentation, and business writing
- Passion for the beauty industry
- Maintain honesty and professionalism
- Solid work history with verifiable references
- Preferred: Education in Communication, Business, and/or Cosmetology
