Advertised Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Associate Dean for Curriculum, the Student Services Coordinator will provide students in the College of Social Work with administrative advising support during their matriculation in the BSW , MSW , Dual Degree, and/or Graduate Certificate cate programs. This is accomplished by assessing student needs, goals, and interests to guide students in the design and implementation of a successful academic plan. Major responsibilities include student advisement, maintaining current knowledge of all degree and certificate programs, maintaining awareness of best practices and emerging trends related to student advising; record keeping, data entry, and coordination of all internal graduate assistantships. Flexibility to work occasional evening and weekend hours is required.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Master's degree in student services or related field and 1-year related experience, or bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience.
