The Recruiter/Admissions Advisor represents the college at all assigned high school visits, fairs, tours and other recruiting events. This person travels throughout Iowa and Nebraska during the recruiting season and performs various tasks, including new student registration during the off-season. They will specialize in all our Industrial Technology and Transportation programs. The Recruiter/Admissions Advisor communicates with prospective students and their families regularly through presentations, phone calls, emails, text messaging and meetings. In collaboration with other recruiting staff and departments, this person will assist with on-campus recruiting events for prospective students, as well as registration and orientation events for new students.

Required Qualification
- Bachelor's degree
- Must express sensitivity to and an understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, ethnic and disability backgrounds of community college students.
- Must show a history of successful collaboration with co-workers regularly to achieve common goals.
- Must demonstrate student-centered decision making.
- Must convey a commitment to delivering first-rate customer service and exceptional daily support.
- Work performed in Student Services at an institution of higher education, preferably a community college.
