Assistant Teaching Professor - International Relations
The Undergraduate International Relations Program in the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University invites applications for a non-tenure track, assistant teaching professor of international relations.
We are looking for broad expertise that aligns with the program's concentrations in global governance, human rights, international development, and international security and diplomacy. Area focus is open.
Annual teaching responsibilities includes introductory courses in International Relations and Research Methods as well as lecture courses and senior research and writing seminars in their area of specialization. In addition, the individual is expected to teach the Maxwell School's signature team-taught interdisciplinary courses and serve as the faculty advisor for the International Relations Living Learning Community.
