The director will bring new leadership, vision, integrity and a highly collaborative and team- oriented philosophy to improve Native/Indigenous student access, retention, persistence and graduation. The director will cultivate an environment that demonstrates UAA's commitment to creating a culturally appropriate, inclusive environment at UAA where Native students feel a sense of welcoming and belonging and thrive.
