Department Economics, Finance, & International Business Job Purpose

The University of Scranton Department of Economics, Finance and International Business, Kania School of Management, invites applications for a one-year Lecturer/Visiting Assistant Professor in International Business beginning in August 2023. This is a full-time, non-tenure-track position. Reappointment as a lecturer is possible but only for one additional year. The Kania School of Management is accredited by AACSB International at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

Essential Duties

Faculty are expected to have a commitment to excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service. The successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate courses such as Environment of International Business, European Business, Business in China, and U.S.- East Asia Trade and Investment.

Additional Skills Required Minimum Education Requirements

Applicants should have a Ph.D. in International Business or closely related area from an AACSB accredited institution. ABDs near completion and DBA candidates from an AACSB accredited institution will also be considered.
