This position will contribute to the delivery of support services and student engagement for NYU Tandon’s online graduate degree program's students, online alumni, and professional education learners. This role will develop and implement co-curricular, leadership development, and community building programs across all digital learning programs. Drive day to day student experience support. Design, update, and implement the new online degree student experience. Advise students regarding NYU Tandon’s online student financial benefits, and process the awarding of financial benefits. Execute the continuous assessment of the student and learner experience. Manage event budget and supervise student workers.
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a related area

Preferred Education:
Master's Degree Higher Education Administration, Student Personnel Administration, or related field.

Required Experience:
2+ years experience in education, student services, financial aid, event planning, supervision, managing budgets or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Experience:
2+ years Experience with student services functions in an educational setting; developing and executing student engagement opportunities and new student/orientation programming; marketing,communications,and /or copywriting

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Excellent written, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a fine attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Ability to plan, market, and budget to effectively execute student events and co-curricular programs.

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $58,500.00 to USD $71,500.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
