Job Summary
This front-line customer service position provides a full range of support service functions in a fast-paced, high volume, wraparound Enrollment Services environment. Responsibilities will be diverse and multifaceted, requiring excellent communication and customer service skills. This position will have significant responsibility for assessing the needs of new and continuing students at the two Enrollment Services Center (Pecos and Williams) and assisting students in using the my.maricopa.edu website and understanding self service functions and enrollment processes. Enrollment Service Areas: Advisement, Careers, Veteran Services, International Education, Financial Aid, Testing, Early College (ACE, Hoop & Dual Enrollment) and Student Business Services.
Essential Functions
50% - Welcome Desk at both Pecos and Williams Campus; making sure students are being served in the following areas: Advisement, Careers, Veteran Services, International Education, Financial Aid, Testing, Early College (ACE, Hoop & Dual Enrollment) and Student Business Services.
25% -Support Admissions and Records/Call Center. 20% - Live Enrollment Support and attend weekly meetings and trainings. 5% - Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
1. Customer service experience - high volume environment. 2. Communication - comfortable with talking with student/parent 1-on-1 or group setting. 3. Experience with technology platforms - SIS, GoogleDrive, email, etc.

Two (2) Positions available.
