Hybrid. The majority of work is performed remotely; therefore, a flexible schedule is possible, subject to the direction of the Director. Enrollment managers are required to be on-site for Admissions Committee meetings. We are ideally seeking candidates who can work primarily remotely from a state in the northeast region (e.g., NH, VT, CT, MA, ME, NY, or RI ) to be within reasonable travel distance for on-site committee meetings as needed.

The Tuck School of Business seeks an accomplished and self-motivated professional to join the Admissions Committee on a part-time basis during the busy evaluation season. Enrollment Managers work independently to evaluate MBA applications and provide thoughtful analysis and work collaboratively with the Admissions Committee to discuss applications and make recommendations on crafting an outstanding and diverse Tuck class. You'll be self-motivated and efficient in order to read a high volume of applications while working remotely. You'll exercise excellent judgment and communication skills in writing your analysis and presenting applicants in person during our on-site Admissions Committee meetings. Our Admissions team is highly experienced, welcoming, and dedicated to creating a personal, connected, and transformative experience for our applicants. Position Purpose
Reviews and evaluates applications to the MBA program at the Tuck School of Business. Serves as a member of the Admissions Committee. Strives to identify and enroll an outstanding and diverse class of students from a highly competitive applicant pool.

Graduate school level admissions experience, preferably an MBA, either working in admissions or as a graduate school applicant.
FLSA Non-Exempt Employment Category Temporary Part time Schedule
This is a part-time temporary role which will average about 10-15 hours per week (with peak weeks closer to 20 hours). Due to training and continuity desired for this assignment, we are seeking candidates that can commit to the full admissions reading season which runs from August to May.

Required Qualifications
- Experience and skill in a field or discipline that offers exposure to MBAs and pre-MBAs, for example, consulting, finance, marketing, etc.; or experience and skill in admissions or recruiting for organizations with similar institutional priorities and performance standards.
- Bachelor's degree or other relevant education, certifications, and/or work experience.
- Strong intuitive skills and ability to make sound decisions based on analysis, experience, and judgment.
- Able to analyze and interpret data and make fact-based recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to collaborate with others as primary means to achieve results.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational and tracking skills.
