The Assistant Director of the Admissions Support Center (ASC) is a key role reporting to the Director of Customer Response Management. This position entails overseeing various aspects of the ASC's operations, including personnel management, adherence to standards of conduct, training and motivation, performance monitoring, report submission, and daily operational support. The Assistant Director plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient functioning of the ASC.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate in the recruitment and selection process for ASC Representatives.
  • Maintain and enforce a rigorous code of conduct and compliance within the ASC.
  • Provide training, motivation, and effective management of ASC Representatives.
  • Monitor the performance of ASC Representatives, including conducting performance reviews.
  • Prepare and submit required ASC reports in a timely manner, as requested by management.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the ASC.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in contact center/customer service, preferably in a post-secondary educational environment.
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree required.

  • Self-motivated and proactive in taking initiatives.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Deadline-oriented with the capacity to meet targets.

  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends between 8 am and 9 pm, Monday to Sunday.
