Metropolitan Community College is an approved Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) institution. International students have the opportunity to be hired as a Student Regular - International employee. Student Regular - International employee requires enrollment as a student at MCC for employment throughout the semester(s), except summer. The student regular - international program provides need-based funds for students to earn money while working on-campus part-time that is related to their academic educational program or career goals. Completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is not required.

Minimal Qualifications:

Required:

Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status (Form I-20)
Student Visa (category F-1 nonimmigrant)
Social Security number, only applicable if offered on-campus employment
Currently and consistently enrolled as an MCC student with the following minimum credit hours (except graduation semester as defined by their degree plan):

Fall: 12 Credit Hours
Spring: 12 Credit Hours

Eligibility to work confirmation from the International Student Services Coordinator must be received before hire is considered.

Compensation

$12.00 per hour
