Berkeley College is seeking an International Student Advisor to work with international students for all of Berkeley's Locations and support our partner language school, Rennert International.
The International Student Advisor will:
Job Requirements:
Salary Range: $52,000 to $57,000
Previous experience studying abroad and working with international students is a plus.
Prior work experience in higher education or an ESL setting is preferred.

The International Student Advisor will:
- Assists and advises international students on F-1 and J-1 visa benefits.
- Advise new and continuing international students on registration, change of status, leave of absence, and other visa-related benefits; facilitates procedural steps associated with their status.
- Process and maintain student records in SEVIS and other related systems.
- Maintains up-to-date information on regulations, policies, and practices (internal and external) pertaining to international students.
- Organizes orientation programs, cross-cultural events, and informational workshops.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Experience with F-1 and J-1 student advising in higher education. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree required and Master's degree preferred.
