As our Marketing Manager, you'll embark on an exciting journey. You'll work closely with the Director of Marketing & Recruitment (DMR) and the VP of Marketing, North America. Together, you'll shape and execute international recruitment and marketing strategies aimed at driving international student enrollment into INTO Oregon State University and Oregon State University programs.

You will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing and communications plan that aligns with recruitment priorities, building a vast network of contacts within the OSU student body, faculty, and staff to fuel campus visits, webinars, seminars, and media content, collaborating with INTO Regional Marketing Teams to develop in-market strategies and support execution.

In addition to the Marketing piece, you'll support with recruitment outcomes, nurturing relationships with students, alumni, and staff across campus. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet international enrollment targets, drive brand recognition, and adhere to marketing and promotional material deadlines.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Take the reins in crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing and communications plan that aligns with recruitment priorities.
  • Build a vast network of contacts within the OSU student body, faculty, and staff to fuel campus visits, webinars, seminars, and media content.
  • Collaborate with INTO Regional Marketing Teams to develop in-market strategies and support execution.
  • Develop captivating communication campaigns to boost conversion rates.
  • Ensure the successful completion of all marketing projects, from brochures to digital assets, and produce engaging content using new media techniques and platforms.
  • Represent INTO OSU at recruitment fairs, exhibitions, and meetings both near and far. Picture yourself as the face of Oregon State University, presenting programs and benefits to agents, regional staff, government organizations, and prospective students.
  • Be the go-to problem solver, offering prompt and accurate responses and support to internal and external audiences.
  • Utilize your analytical skills to identify recruitment opportunities and generate and nurture leads through remote and in-person activities.
  • Own budgeting, effectively managing resources in line with the recruitment strategy.
  • Manage, order, and budget for promotional materials, ensuring they align with branding guidelines.
  • Collaborate with OSU's Marketing team for asset development and management.
  • Develop captivating communication campaigns to boost conversion rates.
  • Ensure the successful completion of all marketing projects, from brochures to digital assets, and produce engaging content using new media techniques and platforms. organize captivating on-campus events that showcase Oregon State University as well as multi-day campus visits for international audiences.
