Play an instrumental role in the admissions process: from screening potential applicants to insightful career counseling. Be the voice and face of Job Corps in the community: develop relationships, provide insights on the program, and host informative sessions. Collaborate across departments for seamless service delivery, always putting student needs at the forefront. Continuously seek improvement in our offerings, ensuring the best for our students. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Associates degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications or closely related field and two years related experience required. Experience may include successful Job Corps enrollment or successful enrollment in other youth development programs.
