  • Provide dynamic support to the Executive Director for Enrollment Management to help drive, motivate, and achieve enrollment goals.
  • Participate on the Enrollment Management Team
  • Manage and supervise recruitment team and recruitment calendar
  • Collaborate with the College Registrar to optimize record keeping processes and procedures.
  • Responsible for Wildcat Academy enrollment goal
  • Daily communication with the Office of Admissions and Enrollment Management team regarding productivity, reporting, and Admissions best practices.
  • Assess and track daily, weekly, monthly, and annual admissions statistics to ensure that goals are being met and exceeded.
  • Assist the Executive Director for Enrollment Management with auditing of the enrollment process and student records to ensure full compliance with regulations and requirements of our accrediting body, department of education (DOE), federal and local agencies.
  • Follow appropriate procedures as established by the Executive Director for Enrollment Management for effective recruiting, selection, training, and development of campus partners who have recruitment responsibilities.
  • Attend and co-lead the Enrollment Management Team and regular staff meetings to ensure communication, feedback, and maintain productive work processes.
  • Manage campus tours and visits.
  • Oversee the communications to prospective students, parents, and community partners
  • Co-lead the planning of Preview Days, Committed Student Days, New Student Orientations and other large-scale admissions and recruitment events.
  • Bring best practices in student recruitment and retention activities from both inside and outside higher education.
  • Assist in implementing campus wide freshman retention programs.
  • Lead and supervise student volunteers, workers, and ambassadors (e.g., Calling Campaigns and Peer Recruitment Programs)
  • Lead and supervise faculty, staff, and alumni community recruitment initiatives.
  • Gather, maintain, and interpret statistical data relevant to the enrollment levels, trends, needs and goals of admissions.
  • Collaborate on the design of promotional activities and materials.
  • Lead and supervise faculty, staff, and alumni community recruitment initiatives.
Preferred Experiences and Education:
  • Experience with Salesforce, Jenzabar, and Encoura
  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred.
