Job Ad: Early Childhood Education Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Education Coordinator. Our goal is to inspire and empower every child to achieve their dreams, contribute to the community, and engage in lifelong learning.

Job Description:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise Early Childhood & Family Education programs
- Seek and administer grants and other funding sources for early childhood education
- Serve as a liaison to external agencies in matters of early childhood education
- Promote communication and collaboration across district early childhood programs

Responsibilities:
- Align job function with the organization's mission and values
- Develop and communicate a shared vision for early childhood education
- Continuously improve processes for the programs
- Foster a commitment to high expectations, teaching standards, and diversity
- Articulate a vision and strategies for the program, ensuring opportunities for all families
- Build a strong sense of community within the program
- Establish and maintain partnerships with related groups and organizations
- Conduct ongoing community needs assessments for future programming

Qualifications:
- Three years of relevant programming experience required
- Three years of relevant supervisory experience preferred
- Early Childhood or Parent and Family Education licensure required
- Minnesota Administrative License required

Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of early childhood programs and developmental needs of children
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Ability to facilitate collaborative decision-making and delegate responsibilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and carry out job responsibilities
- Knowledge of school accounting and budgeting
- Ability to collaborate with a large school district system

Salary/Benefits:
- Full-time, exempt position with a salary range of $107,225 to $127,906
