Supervisor: Yunxiang Zhu, Professor of Business Administration and Vice President of Asian Expansion at MIU

Yunxiang Zhu initiated the very first university-level educational collaboration for MIU with a top Chinese university in early 2000. This collaboration was approved by the Ministry of Education of China. The approval has enabled MIU to teach its credited courses in China and offer its bachelor's degrees in business administration as well as computer science accordingly. As a result of this collaboration, MIU has taught for more than 10 years in Beijing and hundreds of Chinese students were able to come to MIU's USA campus to continue their studies. In 2018, Zhu and his wife Lijuan Cai, the director of the China PhD program, initiated a new joint program for MIU with two top Chinese universities in Shanghai and Shenyang. As a result, MIU now has 113 students from China enrolled in PhD in Management Programs. Yunxiang Zhu has 10 years of working experience in Silicon Valley before he and his family moved to Fairfield and started working for MIU in 2000.
