Position Information

Working Title Student Coordinator Department College of Health and Human Services Type of Work Study Federal, Institutional Building/Office Location FH - Founders Hall Work Schedule

Minimum 10 hours/week Monday-Friday

May be some evening hours on occasion

Support CHHS alumni and alumni events

Primary Responsibilities

Exercise effective communication skills to demonstrate knowledge of and enthusiasm for NKU, its benefits and programs;

Build relationships with alumni and encourage them to stay connected with their Alma mater;

Maintain confidentiality (i.e. new donor information, complaints, gift amounts, etc.);

Assist in planning events;

Accept constructive feedback/coaching from student supervisors and management;

Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment;


Ability to speak English clearly and communicate effectively and professionally by telephone;

Ability to work effectively in a team;

Exhibit a courteous and engaging personality;

Must be dependable and be able to work evening hours;

Logistic and analytical skills;

Excellent time and project management skill;

All applicants must be enrolled as an NKU student in at least 6 credit hours, in good academic standing.
