We are passionate about creating excitement for learning in a fun and loving environment, and we are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Elementary School Enrollment & Admissions Specialist to join our team!

In this role, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our innovative educational and enrichment programs to prospective clients and new families. You will work closely with our Senior Marketing & Enrollment Department and be responsible for the full sales cycle. Building and maintaining relationships with new families, providing information about our programs, conducting tours, and supporting families in their search for exceptional elementary education will be key responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, outgoing, and has a proven track record in sales or enrollment & admissions. Experience in the education industry is a plus, and a passion for education is a must! Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships, and proficiency in CRM systems are also important.

As an Elementary School Enrollment & Admissions Specialist at Action Day Schools, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and families by helping them find the right educational program for their needs.

  • Proven track record of successful sales or enrollment & admissions experience
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Experience in the education industry is a plus- a passion for education is a must!
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and ability to keep them up to date
  • Knowledge of public and private educational programs
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
