Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for international education? INTO UAB is seeking a Marketing & Recruitment Manager to play a pivotal role in driving international student enrollment for INTO UAB and The University of Alabama at Birmingham programs.

 

If you're a strategic thinker, adept at managing marketing and recruitment initiatives, we want to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment (35%):
  • Develop strategies to maximize student enrollment through various communication channels (WhatsApp, WeChat, Skype, email).
  • Train third-party recruiters and regional teams.
  • Represent INTO UAB at international and domestic recruitment events.

 

  • Marketing Production & Communications (65%):
  • Manage and execute comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Develop engaging content for print, digital, and social media platforms.
  • Oversee photo and video shoots, ensure brand consistency, and manage promotional materials.
  • Plan and coordinate events that promote INTO UAB and UAB programs.

 

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in marketing, communications, business, international relations, or related field.
  • Proven professional experience in marketing and recruitment, ideally within a university setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Mac.
  • Experience in international travel
  • Strong cultural awareness and commitment to diversity and equity.

 

  • Desirable:
  • Experience recruiting international students.
  • Proficiency in a second language.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Prior experience in higher education.
