As requested by the Director of Admissions:
o Send daily FA calendar email
o Send daily HESI schedule
o Sent daily appointment email
o Schedule all campus & virtual HESI appointments specific instructions
o Send timely and accurate additional daily reports
• Accurate and timely data entry of enrollment agreements, inquiries, and interviews along with
processing of change of status forms prior to start
• Confirm test scores are entered into Conext & CNex upon completion. Follow up with Proctor and
Director of Admissions for any that are not entered.
• Assist front desk with daily coverage of lunches and/ or breaks
• Processing all enrollments from interview to future start in Conext & CNex while ensuring accuracy
• POG collection:
o Order student transcripts online or via USPS
o Add & Scan into system upon receipt
o Verifying against POG lists and/ or submitting for review
• Scan all required documents in student file
• Complete document tracking in CNex
• Maintain tools, communication and collateral material used in presentations and communication to
prospective students (tour process, power point presentations, electronic equipment, etc.)
• Switchboard relief as needed and assistance with referral events, open houses, orientations and start
days as requested
• Maintain complete knowledge of all admissions administrative policies, processes, and procedures.
Provide onsite training for admissions data entry processes (admissions representatives and
receptionists) to support consistent execution of all processes and procedures.
• Create & prepare campus reports (Enrollment Progression Meeting, 10 day Meeting)
• Collect & process documents for waitlist programs (DH, etc.):
o Review all submitted student packets for the program
o Organize required paperwork, scan & submit to PD

• Collect & enter all transcripts for transfer credits & submit to Academic Dean for review. Follow up with
Dean for completed reviews
• Order student uniforms
• Enter criminal background checks per campus policy
• Prepare & mail acceptance letters, alternate letters & denial letters
• Prepare COS forms as needed
• Order & maintain all admissions collateral (program slicks, folders, admissions booklets)
• Keep staff up to date on catalog & tuition updates, new policies, or updates to policies
• Maintain updated spreadsheet of all current & future enrollments to ensure file accuracy
• Order/ submit all foreign POG translations & evaluations
• Open/ close start dates in BroadLeaf as needed
• Create email templates for admissions:
o Broadleaf how to
o Program specific (DH, etc.)
• TourTab (keeping tablets charged & updated, monitoring recording process, maintain issues log)
• Orientation check in (check students in & add note to CNex)
• Assist other campus DOA’s in the absence of their Admissions Coordinator as needed
• Assist other Department Managers and/or Regional Director of Admissions as requested by the Director
of Admissions
• Notify Admissions Reps when student summaries have been completed so they can schedule them for FA
Packaging
• Perform other duties, as assigned

Physical Requirements: Candidates must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, which include but are not limited to the ability to:
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
  • Squat and kneel as necessary.

These requirements are essential as the position involves receiving and putting away deliveries.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
• College degree is preferred.
• Database/data entry expertise demonstrated customer service skills and attention to detail required.
• Must be detailed oriented and accurate.
• Intermediate Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel skills required. CAMPUS VUE, Broadleaf and CRM
expertise desired
